We visited Snetterton a few times before we met our perfect match.

The Staff were friendly & helpful & cheerful on each occasion.

Because we had a cat, & had no luck finding a cat friendly suitable match for us, the Staff suggested we adopted a puppy, they were not put off by my mother's age, as it was a joint adoption with my mother & myself.

The interview was in depth & handled professionally, & was not rushed even though the Centre was extremely busy, as the puppies had been mentioned on the TV.

The pup we met was one of the more timid, quieter ones (mum couldn't have coped with an OTT boisterous one) & he ticked all the boxes.

The homecheck was friendly & informal, & a pleasant experience.

We had to attend a new puppy lecture a few days later & had another meet & greet with our pup then.

A couple of days later we brought him home.

9 months later I adopted another pup from Snetterton, & again received the same brilliant service. Adoption: 2003
