  Excellent from word go!! Staff very happy, friendly, knowledgable and loved the dogs in their care. Made sure our dogs and the dog we wanted got on well together and it took two visits to ensure they were all the right match (which I think is very responsible). Excellent aftercare and behaviourist (Laura) was brilliant with a post homing problem and was always there to help us out!!
  Overall couldnt fault them at all and would recommend them to anyone considering adopting a new doggie friend.

  I had two follow up phone calls to check on Bella's progress and they even allowed me to take her in to use their bathing facilities. Adoption: 2010

  Our visits, I think we made 3 or 4 were before the latest refurbishment & expansion of the Canterbury Site.
  
  The Staff were friendly & helpful, the dogs all seemed happy & healthy.
  
  Unfortunately we did not find a dog suitable for us the times we visited. Visit: 2002
