I visited Islay as I had expressed interest in adopting a specific dog from the rescue, all home checks had been done and application completed.
I visited to meet and greet with my chosen dog in a nice largish room with sofas and dog beds and toys with treats available, we did the meet and greet and I had a cup of tea with Lorraine and a chat.
The following week I returned to collect my chosen dog, the whole adoption process was smooth and professional, I was also assured that any issues or support required the rescue will gladly offer.
    Very impressed.

The staff were very pleasant on the telephone and the approach was very personal. They matched us with a perfect dog. Adoption: Jan 2012
