Staffie Stray and Rescue are excellent and it is clear to see that the welfare and safety of the Dogs is 100% at the top of their list. The adoption of our new dog was conducted very professionally and everyone was kept informed at all times. The foster family were great and we cant thank the team enough for our new special member of the family.

Staffie and Stray Rescue do an amazing job trying to provide care and foster homes for dogs (mainly but not only Staffies) that need somewhere safe to recoup and regroup before they go onto their forever home. The team are endlessly enthusiastic about their dogs, and work hard to get the right home for each dog.
They were careful to listen to what we felt we were able to take on and helped us to adopt a lovely older Staffy who we are thrilled to bits with. They have been in touch daily to make sure he and we have settled in together. Recommended.

It is a busy time for any rescue centre, with pressure to find homes quickly for the animals in care. SSR maintain the standard that it must be the right home for their dogs and from the initial contact, through home check, applications, meet and greets, this is made paramount and gives you confidence that they know their dogs. Beau was in a Foster home and loved by them, so we heard first hand all about him and his known history and saw him in a home environment. We met Beau twice before we could request to adopt him and were asked as many questions about us as we did about him.
SSR is a small charity doing great work, they are professional and maintain a social network for all adopters and Fosters, so the link continues and the family grows. We now have a wonderful addition to our family (who is currently snoring in the sun on the sofa).

A small and very efficiently run rescue. They are so responsible and helpful, I recommend them to everyone I meet. I havenโt had much contact with them since I adopted my dog two years ago but the times I have they have been so responsive and supportive. I am so grateful for their excellent work and honestly canโt praise them highly enough. I was really impressed (and am continually impressed - I follow them on Facebook) by the hard work and commitment shown by those involved!

Staffie and Stray Rescue are a very caring and understanding rescue charity. The whole adoption process was carried out efficiently and with thoroughness. I am now the proud owner of an amazing dog and we were matched very well, with consideration to both of us. I cannot thank them enough for my precious pet.

we were very pleased and happy in the way the adoption took place, we visited many times to see our dog, took him out for walks, played with him and generally got to know him and him us before we finally brought him home. All paperwork in place along with any necessary information needed, all dogs are microchipped, wormed and flead. I think staffie and stray rescue are a wonderful and very helpful organization who really do care for the wellbeing of all the animals they rescue. A very big thankyou to the staff who have all the time and patience for the animals and also any prospective owners. Ongoing contact with the organization is great, they are always at the end of the phone to help with any issues that may arise.

Staffie and Stray Rescue have been great at assessing our family home and finding the right dog for us. We initially identified some dogs we were interested in meeting but their behavioural assessments suggested they would be unsuitable. We accepted their guidance which led us to finding the perfect dog for us. Lots of great advice and communication throughout the process.
Staffy and Stray Rescue seem to be more realistic than some rescues that we contacted and were prepared to work with us to make the adoption work. Training techniques were suggested to help resolve some minor behavioural issues,, which are working well. Really pleased. They clearly love their dogs but this rescue is good with people too

I could not recommend this rescue highly enough. The process from original interest registration to the ongoing support since adoption is second to none. Very professional but also very personal. There was no pressure to make an instant decision and having a trial period worked perfectly for us. They work so very hard and as per their moto - it's all about the dogs.

I could not recommend this rescue charity highly enough. They were professional but also very warm & clearly had the dogs best interest at heart. They responded very promptly & encouragingly to my initial interest & worked really hard to match me appropriately & efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone. K

The people at Staffy and Stray rescue are very knowledgeable in regards to the breed and have a great understanding as to which dog would be suitable in which new home. They were very helpful and ensured that any dog that is rehomed is in the right home. They check up on us regularly to ensure all is ok which is a nice support as you know if there is any problem you can easily go back to them to talk about it. When they dog came to stay with us they ensured we had everything we needed before they left and where on hand/ available on the phone if we had any issues.
Overall a great rescue and would recommend to all.

Couldn't have been more help full and professional. We felt so welcome both with the rescue and the foster family and the hole process was smooth, everything was explained in full to me and my family and the adoption process was so quick and simple once agreed. I have tried to adopt through other rescues and found it was very long winded only to be let down. Our dog and my son are a pair now and its all thanks to staffie and stray rescue. Its a shame that its only a 5*rating as I would definitely give them more. Have recommended to others and will continue to do so.
One very happy now complete family ๐ โจ๐โจ๐ ๐๐
